I love this ab work out its so easy to do and I dont have to do a ton of sit up which hurts my neck. I want to have a toned body by this summer so ill keep you updated :)

Ummmmm… Tammy, I have been taught since middle school that full r.o.m. situps are really bad for your back, so i do jackknives instead. Would you recommend something else?!?

I’m sorry but that’s impossible unless your drastically changing your diet. That’s really too much weight to be loosing in that amount of time. On average most people only lose a pound or two a week.
