@RoyalPrincess4Ever If someone is really overweight it’ll do both, but otherwise just tone

Thank You for making these simple 5 minute exercises. I’m a stay at home mother and I can fit these into my day, and my 4 yr old does them too. :)

Great moves but be carefull to the bad positions… A lot of moves are not perfectly done and it happens that it is your back wich will be painfull after

omfg I have not felt this burning feeling in my legs in a while i can really tell its working omg i laughed the whole time! I do stairs and jog but it doesn’t feel like its working and this i can really feel the burn
