Acctually you gentlemen are both correct.
XxThereianxX is half right because the light in the first version is brighter than this one and gives the illusion to make him look entirely bald.
But, AirsoftPractice is half right because if YOU look a little closer you can really see that his hair is indeed thinning in the first version and it has been 2 year so he would most likely have enough time to grow it back.
But this man is indeed Judson Laipply.

This is Judson Laipply, He isn’t bald in the Original; it is the lighting. If you see a full quality version of the clip, you can quite clearly see his hair… (Consider upgrading your graphics.. I can see his hair)
