hey scott, i just got back from a run, and i did these ab workouts. i know your suppoesd to do them like 3 times a week, but how long until before its time to change it up? i know your muscles will get used to the exercises if you do them often..

@nerdyguy00 your back may hurt afterwards depending on the type of surface that you’re doing the exercise on. a hard concrete/wood/tiled floor is a no-no. if possible purchase a yoga mat. if not, then the next best thing would be to lie out a couple towels for back support. hope this help!

@1veg0tsk1l yea along with diet, good nutrition, and i recommend run/or play a sport of ur choice i recommend either basketball football or soccer wich ever 1 u like best..cuz doing crunches alone and other ab excersices wont remove fat diet and all the other stuff i just explained to u will. goodluck man.

hey scott, nice vid. im 14 about 100 lbs i workout daily and i do 100 crunches and 60 pushups i have a 4 pack and a vcut but im missing the 2 lower abs near the belly button any tips on wut excersice to do to get them and how many reps? also can u plz tell me if my current workout is is good or should i decrease or increase the reps.

hey scott i was looking for a new supplement to try and you said you used BSN Cell Mass? The thing is i was always told creatine was bad for you…and honestly i have no idea lol..so you mind telling me your take on that?
