I’ve never done yoga before, and my muscles aren’t very strong. When I try some of these poses (especially downward dog), my arms get very very shaky. Is that normal?

Traditional yoga is for inner and outer balance. Your best bet, if you’re wanting to lose weight is to actually perform yoga programs designed for weight loss. There are specific programs designed to build more heat through more movement and capturing that heat in your body.

@babblingbeauty- it might help a little, but if you were to choose yoga for w8 lose, it would take much longer than working out or other techniques
